Voice Over Actor, Theater Director, Performer & Vocal/Acting Coach

Emily Freilicher is a commercial voice over actress, theater director, performer, and private voice and acting coach. You may recognize her voice from various television/radio commercials and online campaigns including Amazon, Pepsi, NJ Lottery, Lucky Charms, and Petflow, among others. Prior to turning her attention to VO work, she appeared in theatrical productions, readings, and showcases regionally with The Lark Theatre Company, and the We've Got Class troupe, which she helped to create. Her work, both as a performer and director, has been featured at Studio 54, 13th Street Repertory, and Don't Tell Mama. 

Emily has been lucky enough to share her love of the arts with others as a teacher and director. She is currently the Chair of the Performing Arts Department at the Birch Wathen Lenox School in NYC where she oversees both the drama and music departments for all students K-12. She directs several major productions per year and teaches classes in Basic Theater Performance, Audition Technique, and Advanced Acting. She, also, teaches acting, voice, and audition technique privately. Previously, Emily was a director and teaching artist with TVI Studios, Westchester Sandbox Theater, Stagecoach, and Applause Theatrical Workshop and was a guest lecturer on the topic of Content Creation at Emory University in Atlanta.

Emily holds an MM, Vocal Performance- Musical Theatre from New York University and a B.A. from Emory University.
